Need a quick snack on the go? Learn to make these simple four ingredient Honey Peanut Butter Energy Balls! Naturally sweetened, and great for a quick snack, these energy balls will leave you satisfied through the day.

This is a recipe from my childhood. My mom would make these for us at various times to keep all of our snack cravings satisfied.
These are also one of the first things in the kitchen I could make on my own. We had a big enough measuring cup that we would put everything in, mix it around, roll into balls, and presto! All done!
Now I love them with my kids because they are easy and quick to make, have simple ingredients and are naturally sweetened with honey.
