1. Strawberry Jam

This strawberry jam is a low sugar option and can be canned for preserving during the winter months.
Sometimes strawberry jam is very sugary, but this tried and true recipe uses a fraction of the sugar normal jams do.
Enjoy adding this to your pantry to enjoy whenever you need!
2. Strawberry Sauce

If you enjoy strawberries with ice cream, then this homemade strawberry sauce is for you!
Using only crushed strawberries, sugar and lemon juice, homemade strawberry sauce is great for a variety of uses and has instructions for water bath canning to preserve it.
3. No-waste Strawberry Top Simple Syrup Recipe

Once you have used your strawberries for various recipes, save your strawberry tops to make a simple strawberry syrup!
This no-waste syrup is great for pancakes, ice cream, or to flavor various drinks.
It can be served as is, or flavored to your preference. Flavors like strawberry lavender, strawberry lemon or strawberry lime can all be created!
4. Strawberry Limeade

Speaking of strawberry lime…another great way to use strawberries is in drinks! Strawberry limeade is a perfect refreshing drink for anytime!
To add more strawberry flavor to this limeade, you can use the simple syrup recipe or strawberry sauce.
5. Kefir Smoothies

A big way we use strawberries in our house is making kefir smoothies!
Kefir is a great prebiotic drink, and I love to make our Kefir berry smoothie or a mixed fruit Kefir smoothie. Both are great options to use strawberries in!
They also turn into great popsicles by putting the smoothie into popsicle molds and freezing!
