honey or maple syrup

collagen peptides

Instructions
Measure out all the ingredients, and place kefir and coconut cream into the blender.
Add frozen pineapple, honey, and collagen peptides (if using).
Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use a milder kefir, so as not to overpower the coconut flavor.
Add more coconut cream, if desiring more coconut flavor.
If using fresh pineapple, add ice cubes to make the smoothie colder.
