When I started teaching school, I enjoyed coffee but I never knew coffee could be so delicious as when I tasted this Iced Coffee Punch! Forget Starbucks or any other place with iced coffee – this is simply the best!
Our principal would make it for the whole staff a few times a year, and I always made sure to grab a second glass. She kindly printed the recipe for us, and now I make it for my family gatherings around the holidays. It is always a hit!
How long does iced coffee punch last?
If you are making the concentrate ahead of time, it will last for about a week.
After you have all the punch ingredients together and you end up with extra after your event, it will taste fine for a few days after that. The main concern is the milk that is in it, as you don’t want that to end up going bad.
Can I flavor Iced Coffee Punch for the various seasons?
Yes, this recipe is easy to add any flavorings you want for various seasons or occasions!

What are the ingredients of Iced Coffee Punch?
You will need:
- Instant Coffee (or if you don’t have it, strong brewed coffee will work too)
- Water
- Sugar
- Salt
- Milk
- Ice Cream
- Ice Cubes
What is the difference between instant coffee and regular coffee?
Instant coffee is made from dried coffee extract that is dehydrated or freeze dried to create a powdered coffee. It is typically more concentrated, which helps this Iced Coffee Punch recipe stay more “coffee” flavored.

Since instant coffee is still coffee, you can substitute strong brewed coffee if you don’t have instant coffee. Instant of just adding water and instant coffee with the sugar at first, you would add the brewed coffee (same amount as the water in the recipe) with the sugar.
